Support For The Tender Fourth Trimester

You’re Not Meant To Do It Alone

Birth changes a woman physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She does not come back the same person she was before.

And yet the world expects her to. Meals still need to be made. Laundry piles up. Dishes accumulate. Partners return to work. Mothers are expected to heal, feed a newborn around the clock, and adjust to an entirely new life, all while running on broken sleep. There is no village anymore. There's just her, and whoever she can find to help fill the gap.

Without support, this stretch can turn from tender to overwhelming fast. Exhaustion compounds. Bonding gets harder, not easier. The days blur together instead of settling into rhythm.

That's where I come in.

My postpartum care is designed to ease that pressure. During each visit, I create a calm, supportive space where you can rest and bond with your baby without wondering when you'll next get to shower. Food is central to my work. Inspired by (though not bound to) TCM and Ayurvedic postpartum traditions, I prepare easy-to-digest, nourishing meals so there is always something ready to eat, even on the longest days.

I've sat with this exact exhaustion before. I'm not here to judge how the house looks or how you're coping. I'm here to help

How It Works

  1. Book a free meeting so we can talk about what your family needs

  2. We build a support plan around your days, your baby, your pace

  3. Rest, while I handle the rest

What Postpartum Support Can Include

What Postpartum Support Can Include

Each visit is shaped by what your family needs that day:

  • Preparing nourishing meals and snacks

  • Newborn care support, like identifying hunger and satiety cues, holding baby while you rest or shower, diaper changes and more

  • Light household tasks (dishes, laundry, stocking change table supplies, tidying)

  • Gentle guidance and reassurance when desired

  • Help navigating visitors and setting boundaries

  • Engaging activities for your other children

  • A non-judgmental, empathetic ear for debriefing your birth

What I Bring

Every visit comes stocked with what your body actually needs to recover. Warming herbal teas and adrenal-support mocktails, ready in your fridge. A quality baby carrier, so your hands are free to eat, shower, or just rest. You don't have to think about any of it. It's already here.

When I leave your home, things will feel calmer, easier, and more supported.
