Postpartum Education Days
A relaxed prenatal session that walks you through what to realistically expect after baby arrives — so the early weeks feel less overwhelming.
Feel calm, prepared, and confident for the first weeks with your newborn.
Many parents prepare extensively for birth, but very little time is spent talking about what life is actually like once the baby arrives. What is normal? What is not? How do you know if things are going well?
In this relaxed 1.5–2 hour session, we walk through what to realistically expect in the first days and weeks after birth. Feel free to invite family members and caregivers!
Topics may include:
What newborn sleep and feeding really look like
Feeding basics and positioning
How to know if your baby is getting enough to eat
Diaper changes
Normal (but sometimes scary) newborn behaviours
Sleep arrangements that best support parents and baby
Physical recovery and care for mom
Emotional changes in the postpartum period
How partners can support the first weeks at home
My goal is not to overwhelm you with information, but to help you feel calmer, more prepared, and less alone as you enter this new season.
Because when parents understand what’s normal, the early weeks feel much less frightening
